Refund Policy

1. General Refund Guidelines

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: info@bandnpublisher.com

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and evaluated according to the terms specified in the signed service agreement between the client and Band and Publisher.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Services that have already been fully completed
• Requests made due to a change of mind
• Project delays caused by the client
• Advertising budgets or third-party marketing expenditures
• Dissatisfaction based on expected performance or results

3. No Performance-Based Refunds

Band and Publisher does not guarantee:

• Book sales
• Revenue generation
• Ranking positions on publishing platforms
• Results from advertising or marketing campaigns

Because these outcomes depend on multiple external factors, refunds will not be issued based on expectations related to performance metrics or marketing results.

4. Partial Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund amount may be calculated on a prorated basis depending on the portion of work that remains incomplete at the time the request is submitted.

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Band and Publisher before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension of active services
• Submission of project records, agreements, and supporting documentation to payment processors during the dispute review process

6. Service-Specific Agreements

If a signed service agreement or contract includes additional refund terms, those provisions will take precedence and govern the refund conditions for that specific project.
